We pride ourselves on ensuring that we are always timely. When we tell you that the job will begin on a certain date at a particular time, this is what will happen. We will ensure that your expectations and vision for the project are fully met by having a pre-project meeting to clarify all requirements. We will also run an on-site duplicate book. This will be used to record any extra work not listed or other important matters.

Throughout the duration of the project, we will communicate on a regular basis giving updates on progress and timescales. Therefore, no hidden surprises or disappointment. Expectations being met on behalf of both parties.

• Excepting revisions, the project will be completed to your satisfaction as close as is possible to the date agreed.
